2 10 oz pkgs - 2 tb Superfine sugar 1 tb Kirsch or other Cherry-flavoured brandy Frozen raspberries -- Defrosted & drained Rub the raspberries with the back of a large spoon through a fine sieve set over a mixing bowl.
